The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. Not too touristy, with lots of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and patisseries very close by. The train station is 5 minutes away and is on a direct line to Charles de Gaulle airport and there is a good metro connection to the rest of Paris from this station. It is close enough to walk to all the main attractions if you choose. We had a fantastic time in Paris and would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The hotel is brand-new, so the rooms are excelent and well designed. The guys at the reception desk are gentle, even if you don't speak to much French. The hotel is near to Gare Monparnasse and Gaite Street, full of restaurants. We really enjoyed your stay.
The hotel is very good for solo travellers. Also it is very easy to reach many places from the hotel by walking.
The hotel persons are not able to speak English well.
Nice room (211), quiet area, rain shower head.
Toilet seat too high.
We asked for a triple room and it was a good size taking into consideration the european hotel rooms we have been usually in , specially in paris. Room is well renovated , matresses are not hard , and the bathroom is good. IT is just next to a nice street full of restaurants and was convinient for us. Wifi was fast For a two start hotel it was better then several three stars we stayed in
Probably that it didnt have a ahir dryer as my wife needed to do her hair
the relatively quiet location on a not very busy street near Montparnasse
The breakfast and breakfast room ,we took breakfast in nearby cafes after first day; quality of the hotel in relation to the cost
Location was great if arriving from Orly airport (airport bus to Denfert-Rochereau station, about 10 minutes walk from hotel), and also relatively easy if departing from Gare du Nord train station. (RER train from Denfert-Rochereau all the way to Gare du Nord). Clean, basic, functional, relatively modern hotel room, perfect for a place to crash at the end of a day of hard sightseeing.
cleanliness in bathroom!!!! not well prepared staff ! no lift ! and up to a 3 floor with a stair with all step of diferent height !! a real danger with luggage !!
Very centrally located - easy to get to the rest of Paris.
Lack of English - the services available were only available in French. Cleaning was irregular and sporadic!
Clean and neat with friendly staff and promised discount next time
Bright and modern - room small but adequate.
Breakfast not value for money. Staff couldn't tell me which bus to get into Paris.
The rooms were pretty and the bathroom was clean.
The room is small, but it is ok if you plan on sightseeing all day long.
Our room was wonderful - clean, nice size, windows opened directly onto the street, so the atmosphere was nice. The staff wasn't overly helpful, but we weren't really at the hotel much, and didn't really need anything from them. The hotel has a great location, with lots of bakeries, cafes, and groceries very nearby. Also, it's right next door to the police station, so safety isn't an issue. There is a little bit of noise from the street, but not so much we couldn't sleep.
It's on a little street that isn't on many maps, so it was a little difficult to find. For anyone staying there, take the Metro to the Denfert- Rochereau stop, and walk to Rue Daguerre. Rue Fermat will be on the right, and is almost at the opposite end of the street, but this is the easiest and most convenient way to get to the hotel.
The best thing i liked was the cleanliness everything.
the rooms are to small for the money i paid could be better just to put your laggage we needed to pile them up all together just to get more space... poor
First of all I liked the service, the staff is very friendly, polite and courteous, always ready to help when it is needed. Than, a room in the hotel was very comfortable, though small. And surely, the location, perfect street to have a walk, to go shopping, there are a lot of diferent cafes, restaurants etc.
The only thing I didn't like the problem with internet, I lived in 3-d floor, but I had to go down each time when I needed internet, because in my room there almost wasn't access.
